By using the site, requesting visits, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and notify us to cancel pending requests.

1. Definitions and scope

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when contacting us or checking out a cart. Minors may use the site only with guardian involvement where local law requires it. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials if we issue portal access in the future. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may refuse or discontinue service for abusive conduct, repeated no-shows, unsafe environments, or requests outside our stated capabilities. Refusal includes a brief explanation when practical and does not forfeit prepaid amounts except as described in billing sections.

3. Service descriptions and limitations

Service summaries on the site are overviews, not exhaustive scopes. Final scope documents list tasks, exclusions, pricing, and scheduling windows. Consumer service may require third-party manufacturers, landlords, or licensed trades. We coordinate those parties but cannot guarantee their availability or decisions.

Remote triage and education reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Follow safety instructions; disconnect power or water when advised. We are not liable for pre-existing defects concealed from intake unless negligence is proven under applicable law.

Photography during visits is optional and used for documentation when you consent. Images without personal identifiers may be used internally for training unless you opt out in writing.

4. Appointments, access, and client responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access, reasonable workspace, and accurate information about pets, alarms, and parking constraints. Failure to provide access within the scheduled window may incur a trip fee disclosed in your service summary. Reschedule according to FAQ guidelines to avoid fees.

Clear pathways and secured valuables help technicians work efficiently. If hazardous materials are present, disclose them before arrival. We may pause work if conditions become unsafe and will document reasons in visit notes.

5. Pricing, invoices, and payment

Published prices use a dollar sign and exclude taxes or shipping unless stated. Estimates are valid for the period noted in writing. Additional work requires approval before execution. Invoices itemize labor, parts, credits, and fees.

Payment terms appear on invoices. Late payments may pause future scheduling. Disputes must be raised within fourteen days of invoice delivery with supporting detail. Good-faith adjustments apply when our standards were missed.

Cart checkout forms do not process card payments directly. They initiate human review. Confirmed orders may require deposit for custom items. Refunds follow the returns section below.

6. Products, fulfillment, and returns

Product availability can change between cart submission and confirmation. We will propose substitutes or cancellations if stock is unavailable. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your designated recipient or pickup completion.

Return unopened standard consumables within thirty days unless noted as non-returnable at purchase. Opened electrical items may not be returnable for safety reasons. Service bundles and digital checklists follow separate cancellation rules in service orders.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill consistent with consumer service industry practices. Manufacturer warranties pass through to you where applicable; we assist with claims but do not extend manufacturer terms.

Except as stated, the site and services are provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. Site content is informational and not professional advice unless tied to a paid engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, kahlholdings Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or services, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service order is limited to the amounts paid for that order during the six months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

9. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, logos, and original guides are owned by kahlholdings Services or licensors. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Reproduction for commercial redistribution, scraping, or training datasets without permission is prohibited.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation or compensation unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

10. Communications and marketing

Transactional messages about appointments, invoices, and safety notices are part of service delivery. Marketing emails require subscription consent and include unsubscribe paths. SMS or messaging channels, if introduced, will follow similar consent rules described in privacy materials.

11. Privacy and data

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy page. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy. Service documentation may include equipment details necessary for repeat visits; retention periods appear in privacy sections.

12. Third-party links and tools

Share links open social platforms we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave kahlholdings.com. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify kahlholdings Services against claims arising from misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you supply, except where caused by our negligence or breach.

14. Dispute resolution

Parties will attempt good-faith resolution through coordinator escalation before formal proceedings. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in courts or arbitration forums specified in your service order, or otherwise in the venue our principal place of business designates when no order exists.

Class or collective actions are waived to the extent enforceable, meaning disputes proceed individually unless law prohibits such waivers.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, supply chain interruptions, epidemics, or utility outages. We will reschedule or credit affected visits when safety or access is compromised.

16. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend site access for maintenance or abuse. Service agreements terminate per their cancellation clauses; prepaid unused visits may be refunded pro rata when required by those clauses.

17. General provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding site use unless supplemented by a signed service order. Severability preserves remaining sections if one is invalid. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment by you requires consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or asset sale with notice.
