Checkout

Complete the form below to request fulfillment. A representative will confirm stock, delivery options, and any bundle savings that apply to your order. Payment is arranged after confirmation—this form does not charge cards directly.

Shipping and handling notes

Because checkout is reviewed by people, you can describe delivery constraints in plain language: gate codes without naming buildings, preferred drop-off windows, or requests to combine with an upcoming service visit. Coordinators confirm whether local hand delivery or parcel shipment fits best. Heavy kits may require signature confirmation; we note that before you pay.

Taxes display on final confirmation when applicable. Promotional bundle codes entered during phone follow-up apply to the confirmed total, not automatically in the browser cart. If an item goes out of stock between cart save and confirmation, we propose substitutes or partial shipments with your approval.

Cart persistence explained

localStorage keeps your selections on this device. Switching browsers or clearing site data empties the cart intentionally to avoid stale pricing. Signed-in portals may arrive in the future; until then, keep the same browser session while shopping or finalize checkout before maintenance tasks wipe storage.

Removing lines uses the Remove control beside each row. Quantities increment when you add the same product again from the products page. There is no separate quantity field in this static demo, which keeps the script predictable across devices.

Gift messages can be included in delivery notes when you want recipients to know a kit came from your household association or property team. We do not print prices on packing slips unless you request gift receipts.

If checkout validation fails, errors appear beside fields without clearing your cart. Fix the highlighted inputs and submit again; representatives only see requests that pass client-side validation.

Coordinator follow-up emails summarize your cart lines in plain text so you can confirm accuracy before payment. Reply to correct quantities or swap SKUs; we update the record before charging.

Installation add-ons booked alongside products appear as separate service lines on final invoices even when you purchase kits through this cart. That separation keeps product warranties distinct from labor guarantees.

Return labels for eligible items arrive with coordinator confirmation, not automatically at checkout. Pack items in original cartons when possible so transit damage claims stay straightforward.

Partial fulfillments split invoices so you pay only for shipped goods while back-ordered lines remain open with updated ETA notes in email.

Need to pause checkout? Leave this tab open; your cart persists until you clear browser storage manually on this device.

Keep shopping

Many clients pair physical products with a maintenance visit so technicians can install sensors, label cords, or file serial numbers on the spot. Mention planned items when you book services to avoid duplicate shipping fees.
